Advanced Mindfulness Meditation

Advanced Mindfulness Meditation is offered to those who already have a solid meditation practice and are ready for a more profound and nuanced experience. In this class series you’ll learn the following:

  • How to open yourself up to transformative insights
  • How to achieve radical acceptance of whatever life puts in front of you
  • How to deepen your connection to the world around you
  • How to expand the breadth and depth of your compassion for others

About the Instruction

Advanced Mindfulness Meditation classes can be taken by individuals or by groups of up to twenty. A minimum of four classes is recommended, with eight classes being ideal. Classes are offered once per week and typically last 60-90 minutes. The class format is interactive, and you will be given exercises to try at home between classes.
