Individual Mindfulness Instruction

Individual Mindfulness Instruction puts you on the fast track either to learning mindfulness or to deepening your current mindfulness practice. Personal coaching sessions will enhance your present-moment awareness much more quickly and profoundly.

Instruction and exercises will be tailored to your individual needs, goals and personal learning style. A minimum of four sessions is recommended, but you are free to take as few or as many sessions as you want. More sessions will, of course, deepen your skill and maximize the powerful benefits of the practice.
