Intermediate Mindfulness Meditation

Take your meditation practice to the next level by moving beyond the fundamentals to a fuller integration of mindfulness into your day-to-day life. Intermediate Mindfulness Meditation classes offer you the following:

  • Amp up your productivity with even sharper concentration
  • Learn how to respond mindfully rather than react emotionally to interpersonal conflict
  • Reduce anxiety, depression, and other overwhelming emotions by experiencing distress mindfully
  • Maintain your motivation to sustain and strengthen your meditation practice

About the Instruction

Intermediate Mindfulness Meditation classes can be taken by individuals or by groups of up to twenty. A minimum of four classes is recommended, with eight classes being ideal. Classes are offered once per week and typically last 60-90 minutes. The class format is interactive, and you will be given exercises to try at home between classes.
